CONTEST RULES

1. Available to all direct agents to NMI. Agencies on recruiter level (IMO/MGA) contracts are not eligible for this contest.
2. Sales contest is for final expense and simplified issue life applications that are submitted, issued, and paid during November 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018.
3. A minimum of 6 applications must be written to qualify. Application is paid retroactively to 1st application. (ex. Submit 7 applications that issue and pay during the contest and get paid bonus for all 7 applications).
4. If you have unsecured debt with NMI at the time of redemption, NMI has the right to delay your bonus prize until your unsecured debt is paid off.
5. Applications written on the agent, the agent's immediate family, and controlled business are not eligible.
6. All interpretations of the rules will be by NMI.
7. Agent must be in good standing and within the acceptable business quality metrics for each carrier.
8. Bonuses will be paid by January 15, 2019.
